PT Grafitama Deltakreasi (“GDK”, “kami”) menyediakan layanan teknologi komunikasi bisnis, termasuk platform Omnibot — solusi omnichannel yang mengelola komunikasi pelanggan melalui WhatsApp Business Platform (API resmi Meta) untuk klien bisnis kami, antara lain institusi layanan kesehatan dan perusahaan lainnya.
2. Penerimaan Ketentuan

3. Penggunaan Layanan
- Layanan hanya boleh digunakan untuk tujuan bisnis yang sah dan sesuai hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.
- Pengguna WhatsApp Business Platform melalui layanan kami wajib mematuhi WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy dan Ketentuan Meta.
- Dilarang menggunakan layanan untuk mengirim spam, konten menyesatkan, atau pesan tanpa persetujuan (opt-in) penerima.
4. Akun dan Keamanan
Klien bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan kredensial akses yang diberikan. GDK menerapkan langkah keamanan yang wajar untuk melindungi data dan akses sistem.
5. Data Pelanggan

6. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Layanan disediakan “sebagaimana adanya”. GDK tidak bertanggung jawab atas gangguan layanan yang disebabkan oleh pihak ketiga (termasuk platform Meta/WhatsApp), kejadian di luar kendali wajar kami, atau penyalahgunaan layanan oleh pengguna.
