PT Grafitama Deltakreasi (“GDK”) menghormati hak Anda atas data pribadi. Jika Anda pernah berinteraksi dengan layanan kami — termasuk layanan pesan WhatsApp yang dikelola melalui platform Omnibot — Anda dapat meminta penghapusan data pribadi Anda dengan cara berikut:
- Kirim email ke info@grafitama.com dengan subjek “Permintaan Penghapusan Data”; atau
- Kirim pesan WhatsApp ke nomor layanan yang pernah Anda hubungi dengan teks “HAPUS DATA SAYA”.
Sertakan nomor telepon atau alamat email yang terkait dengan data Anda agar kami dapat mengidentifikasi catatan yang dimaksud.
Kami akan memproses permintaan Anda dalam waktu maksimal 30 hari kerja. Setelah selesai, seluruh data pribadi Anda (riwayat percakapan, nomor telepon, dan data profil) akan dihapus dari sistem kami, kecuali data yang wajib kami simpan berdasarkan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Kami akan mengirimkan konfirmasi setelah penghapusan selesai.

PT Grafitama Deltakreasi (“GDK”) respects your rights over your personal data. If you have interacted with our services — including WhatsApp messaging services managed through our Omnibot platform — you may request deletion of your personal data as follows:
- Email info@grafitama.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”; or
- Send a WhatsApp message to the service number you previously contacted with the text “DELETE MY DATA”.
Please include the phone number or email address associated with your data so we can identify the relevant records.
We will process your request within 30 business days. Once completed, all of your personal data (conversation history, phone number, and profile data) will be removed from our systems, except for data we are legally required to retain. A confirmation will be sent to you once the deletion is complete.
